Hi global family, just wanted to share I’ve been going through a really tough time. I was recently laid off from my job and haven’t been taking it the best. I struggled to workout after it and today I did an m/body 60 minutes XXX 476 and Marnie’s words at the end brought me to tears. It was exactly what I needed to hear right now and am so thankful for this platform and community 🩷

I really enjoy doing some of the older videos and moves! So maybe bringing some more of those back and 20 minute cardio! And I personally love the signature, ballet, sculpt classes! 😊
