This class was so fun and engaging. I absolutely loved it.

Sending love and strength. Maybe try the m20 shoulders? And floor core 73 and maybe arm 140. Also maybe a healing hips. 💕💕

Same here. I have an old wrist injury that gets exasperated easily in plank or most positions where I have to support my body with my wrists. I keep trying to get past it but tend to do those moves at my barre instead.
