This was so fun.  I often feel ratchet (lol) with my new weight gain (post cancer treatment induced menopause) ... but I LOVE everything about myself and my body while I am doing these moves.  Thank you for giving us a space to remember how much we love ourselves and our bodies.  I'm still hot ;)

Hi!! Is there anyone in this community that has gone through breast cancer and has experienced weight gain from the post treatment medically induced menopause? I am 39 and went through treatment last year (chemo, surgery, radiation). I am 30 pounds heavier than my “usual” weight. (In quotes bc my weight has been all over the place the last 10 years of having three babies!). I feel like the weight is more stubborn than baby weight and I’m struggling to find a protocol to loose the weight! Any help would be great! I am currently trying to move my body (Marnie workout or walking) 5x a week for 30 mins.

Hi!! Marnie (or anyone that knows) are you by chance going to NYC this summer for an IRL?!  Just want to tell you in person the immense impact you have had on my life the last 6 years!!!
