LOVE the new space. I have always been able to feel the energy and joy through the screens in all of the M/Body videos, and lives. That's why after 7 months, I come back to this space, which is the space of the global fam, not the space within the walls. You are one of a kind Marnie, I can feel your passion! My abs are sore from Saturday TOO!! My fave, in no particular order: 1- When an extra dace/cardio sequence gets thrown in 2- All the arms, especially the ones that burn so bad that I talk back to the computer screen 3-Abs with weights/arms
