Hi Fam, I’m turining 40 in December, and this year I have been gifiting myself self-care (cause..40). I want to spend my bday someplace where I can do some hot yoga, maybe get a message and eat a nice meal. Any recommendations in California?

Hi Fam! Had to miss the live yesterday so I did the m/ovement ball workout today. Super fun, really challenging. I’m wondering how you all that did it yesterday are feeling today, the day after? I imagine lots of those tiny muscles worked hard!

Excited to do this challenge with you all! My super goals are

  1. Be kind to yourself.
  2. Do the journal activities.
  3. Be mindful of what I am putting into my body (holiday vibes ).
