This was everything I’ve been wishing for!! Sometimes the faster movements are just not what I’m in the mood for. My balance is not as good as it used to be, and this really challenged me, giving me the wiggles at nearly every step. But that’s exactly what I was looking for for. Challenging but slow, still making me use my brain but keeping my heart rate a bit lower. Going to come back to this when I need it on slower days when I want a good workout without bounces or major cardio. Thanks!
