Same here. It was hard to get to a place where I could even do the 60 minute classes, but now I want to exclusively do 45 and 60 minute-ers!

I’m finally at a place where I pretty much exclusively do the 45 and 60 minute-era and I’m so pleased.

This was everything I’ve been wishing for!! Sometimes the faster movements are just not what I’m in the mood for. My balance is not as good as it used to be, and this really challenged me, giving me the wiggles at nearly every step. But that’s exactly what I was looking for for. Challenging but slow, still making me use my brain but keeping my heart rate a bit lower. Going to come back to this when I need it on slower days when I want a good workout without bounces or major cardio. Thanks!

Absolutely LOVED this one!! I truly get though a 60 minute one without cursing. This one was…even fun?! Plus the puppy energy made me forget how hard I was working. YEAH!!!!

Came to it two days late, but liked this one a lot. I remember back in studio days I was doing another barre class in person and couldn’t even make it through one of these when Jesse P. took me. Now I do them regularly. I also like the elliptical machine and swim 1.3 miles. But nothing feels as good as after an M/Body class.

Holy. Effing. Difficulty!!!! Going to have to come back to this one, cause it tried to murder me. 🤣

Came back to this today and heard a “Sara Leib this one’s for you”!! and then I worked even harder. I’ve got to get my schedule around being able to do the lives again. They’re so motivating!!

Wow! This didn’t feel as hard in the beginning, and then BAM! Kicked my ass!! Nice one!!
