Hi! I would like to focus on the joints. It gets cold in Montreal and I hate sounding like a new bag of chips being crushed by an elephant’s butt cheek each time I get up. Thanks!

Getting a handle…

Hi! I have an anxiety disorder. Today, I started counselling again to learn new tools to challenge my never and always thoughts. Anxiety, like weight, is a health management issue, and counselling is like a mind exercise. I encourage anyone who has this disorder to try counselling; it can help you see your world differently.
