I love all the choices we have at Mbody. That is definitely one of things that make it so good and easy. As Sowany, i would love to have a few more options on 10 and 20 min classes. They great for when im traveling. With busy days out of home... sometimes that's all i have 10 or 15 min to do something before going for breakfast or before dinner. Also, it will be good to have some classes for the night, like sctrechs or someting that could calm down our minds before going to bed. I tend to workout at evenings and sometimes im so energised after that takes awhile before i fall asleep. 😀
