Hi fam! I just came back from brazilian spring to french autumn. So I'm not yet fully adapt. I couldn't make the live today... I'll start only with the extra activity. That will be my biggest challengefor me this time, is to do all the extras and I'll target 45 workouts... next months will be busy. I was missing a challenge and I'm happy its starting now. It help me a lot to stay focus and in the now.

After 2 years of Marnie, and always coming back to this class, I can see my progress (arm series with weights all the way) but it still kick me in the ass. I love Phenomenal Woman, and all of the phenomenal women here!!! ❤️ 💃💪💅

Love so much the class today. (07/19) 30 min sculpt + strech = sweaty!!! By the end I lind of felt like a cloud ☁️ raining on my mat!!! I guess that's how Marnie feels everytime!

Hey fam, in staying in a Ibis Budget, the tiniest room ever, so the bathroom has actually more space and that's where I work out this morning. Hahaha I tought that deserve a picture. Also after 2 years of Marnie (soon august 2nd) I grow abbs!!!! 🙏

I love the class today! Marnie we can see you are feeling much stronger! That's so great ! The feeling that our strenght and force are coming back to us after some healing rest! I just wanna say that i sweat as i didn't in a long time and that felt amazing! And the music was perfect !

I got all the appointements one week ago! I was so happy when i saw that extra task and i tought, oh, ive done that one already!

I think younger Daniela will be really proud of us (me and her) living in France for 10 years now, speaking 3 languages and having a Title of Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France ... (a big deal here for craftsmanship)
