Hey Fam!!! I just did that class today (Monday). That was very challenge! we had this discussions before, about periods and workouts, I'm glad I adapt the program cause I couldn't do that last Saturday during my first day. Anyway, the great music help me a lot to keep going . I'm hoping to do that again another time in the future, I found it more easy than today.

I'm still proud of myself for doing a big part of that class. That's also because im still feeling every muscle that i workout! I actually realize the existence of some muscles I didn't ever felt before! 🙃
