I couldn’t agree more with just pointing and clicking on a video. I’ve made it a goal this year to try not to repeat a class more than a couple times. By just pointing and clicking I’ve come across so many new favorites or classes that I didn’t think I did well the first time and now I can nail! I celebrated my birthday with this class and reflected on how far I’ve come and being so proud that this is my favorite part of the day. Thank you M/BODY ❤️

I did this one on the second challenge board of the fall challenge as the pick an 60 minute. The second time around was even better. This is one of my favorite 60 minute classes!

I loved bourbons cameo. he’s a handsome guy! been with M/BODY since March 2020 and before that did the same 2 popsugar videos over and over. by the way this class was awesome. I needed those words at the end. even though everything is not alright there’s still good to be found. thank you❤️
