Thank you for sharing your journey with us. On goes the journey💜. I have been reading/listening to Atlas of the Heart by Brene Brown and I highly recommend it. It has really helped me understand and figure out exactly how I am feeling and what I am feeling.

When you are ready for a 60min, I think 42 is a great first class when you are getting back into the swing of things! It is a no equipment class that allows you to explore what you are fully capable of! We can do hard things!

Your bravery to be so vulnerable is truly inspiring. I can relate to a lot of what you’re saying and I wish I could do more to help than just write this paragraph of words. We are warriors and we are going to get to the other side of this. Random thought could you do face painting for festivals or kids parties?
