I love seeing pics of your M/BODY mini with you while you work out! I’m not a mom myself and I’ve always wondered how y’all were able to do class and keep your kids entertained 🥹

Did this workout with @oliviamonardo @kimberlyslocke @becca @danicapuano and @beata this morning! Finding it hard to workout alone after experiencing the magic of M/Body in the Energi studio. Felt like we were all there together again!

Sounds like we both might need to go see a chiropractor 😅

Thanks Megan! Sounds like the general advice from most is that it’s potentially a pinched nerve too…kind of bummed out if that is the case after I go see a doctor 😔

Hi Fam! Putting this out there because I can’t figure out what might be going on. Has anyone ever experienced pain or tingling on their ankles? I have been noticing that I get a sharp shooting pain when I shift a lot of my weight into my right ankle for one legged standing balances or lunges. I’ve always had some level of issues with the Achilles and also just surrounding tendons due to poor form on releveé, however this is the first time I have any sort of numbness. Wondering if it’s just an overuse injury or something more serious. It’s a cycle that tends to happen where I have no problems for months and then it flares up so badly I need to take time off from standing barre workouts. Any advice or insight is much appreciated 💜

First of all Nicole, you are a beautiful and badass warrior and I’m so sorry for all the societal conditioning that makes you feel like you have to talk negative to yourself - I hope you feel the love of this amazing community behind you. One small thing that’s helped me when I find myself having mean thoughts towards myself is to ask myself why. I think about if something I saw on instagram, TV or overheard triggered my self doubt. If I’m able to figure out why, I simply choose to remove that presence out from my life - whether it’s unfollowing, turning off the TV or walking away. It’s all about you taking back control of your perception of yourself and not letting others shape it for you. I hope this helps even a little bit 💜
