Hi Costi, welcome to the M/BODY fam!! I’ve had some issues in the past with my knee/ankle and I generally stick to the floor centric workouts. My favorite ones are the M<20 dancers floor core 155 and M<20 floor series 73. Hope this helps ☺️

Lizamary, Thank you for sharing this as it makes us all realize at the end of the day we’re only human. I can only workout in the morning! I agree with Emily P and Jenny about laying out your clothes. I also will browse before bed to pick a class so I’m mentally prepared for what’s to come (generally I’m very excited). When in doubt, do your favorite classes even if it’s an M<20 to get yourself there, if you want to keep going you can always do another class 🙌🏻

Aw Marisol, I’m so sorry you are dealing with a stress fracture! My husband actually recently recovered from one in his ankle from running. The thing that really helped him was cutting out alcohol and increasing calcium intake during his period in a boot. I hope you feel better soon ❤️
