Hallelujah for M/BODY! After exactly 2weeks of missing class(vacation 🇩🇰🇬🇦)this was waiting for me, I loved every flipping second! After long days of walking, climbing, and sitting this class helped my soreness and jet lag. I have to say that because I do this practice every week, I wasn’t in terrible pain as my 16 yr old runner son or my acrobatic svelte 50yr husband. Thank you M/BODY and community for always holding space for this lady, I love you 🤍

M/20 Cardio Dance 240- I’ve never felt like a dancer until this class! The most fun and freeing class, made me seek out more cardio dance!
