Favoriting for new combos and for working on the getting up and down off of of each knee and then kicking forward, lunge back, kick again, combo which sort of stymied me today for some reason lol. Sometimes too much knee work is hard for me and that's ok! Also, per Lisa J, all around Gooey Goodness, especially the being on the knees, kicking one leg out, then back then over, pop onto your hands, kick out the other leg, turn over and kick leg out again. Very meditative. I used to get stymied by that move too.. not anymore!  Inches not miles. xo

Hi G/Fam! Revisited this afternoon. Very fun class. Inspired by last week's 'Hips and Splits' class, I tried going into the split option during the ending stretch and I made some personal progress mostly over fear and gained a few stretchy/split-like inches. Thank you M! xo

Revisited this afternoon and used the barre. Such an excellent class. Calves were barking so I alternated between relevé and on the ground. I totally forgot this had been a birthday class! The best. Thank you M!
