Highly recommend for when you feel like a standing workout! I loved doing this one again for the challenge. The leg balance work is so fun to do! I love a workout that has me laughing out loud. I am working kneeling on the top of my foot - it's very difficult for me but I'm considering it a good self challenge. Thanks M!

I didn't fall on my butt once and I stayed upright the whole time with my leg off the floor (albeit low, but something to work on!!!). Really great - please try this if you haven't.

What a great class - An earlier entry into the catalog, it's really geared towards glutes and thighs which means you're working your abs and using your strong back while you do everything else! Marnie is so clever! It's also got a really nice flow. Allow a little extra room in your space as there is a lot of kicking (slow and fast). I missed the live the first time around and I actually did it today by because I thought it was Thursdays challenge class! (123 is not 88 but you can see my mistake.. lol - this still counts right?!).

This class is so good - it has a little bit of everything. I modify a bit - mostly for my ankle - still a good sweat! Low Impact definitely does not mean low sweat for anyone new to M/Body. Ending with Rolling Push Ups! Love love love. I was able to get up off my knee without my hands for the first time in a while during the glute series. I was quite happy about that. Inches not Miles!

I loved doing this class today! I am doing a lot of the moves with more confidence and strength and really concentrating on the core today (thank you Monique!). I love feeling like every time I do the same class, it is always different, because we are always evolving. Have a good day today G-Fam.
