This was amazing! I loved going right to the 'barre' (top of the stairs bannister in my Sister In Law's house) after running in place and then it was non-stop 'I feel like a ballerina' awesomeness. You will feel this in your standing leg and you will want to slow down or stop - don't! You can do it! Channel your inner ballerinas kids and do this now.

This was so lovely - I'm so sorry to have missed it live! I love everything you were saying about feeling rigid or not rigid or too rigid with habits and summer and missing classes etc (I'm paraphrasing). I've learned, over many years of trying, to acknowledge the feelings - they are valid - and to then move on and to not dwell on 'missing' a day, and to do something the next day. That's been working for me. Just wanted to share that here. I love you global fam. I love feeling all of you even when I'm doing the video a day late. xo

Loved this. Revisiting for personal challenge and because i Have to miss the live today (wah). This is another fantastic example of an IRL studio class. Everyone new to M/B should mix in all the <60s they can. They're awesome.

This is excellent! I remember doing it (2021?) and I modified like heck today because that's my body was asking for. Highly recommend - great sweat & stretch and oh my glutes are gonna be on fire tomorrow - they are quivering as I type! xo

I did this after doing m<30/Barre Burn/193, just because, you know, barre. Perfect Barre duet! I recommend highly!

Revisiting for my ' do the catalog in order (when possible) one a day'. This class is so so good. Please try it if you haven't yet. I would like to work on being able to do hip lifts from the elbow. That's this month's goal!
