This class kicks glute! Try it please. I did this without props and felt all the feelings so don't fret if you are traveling or not in your regular space, and you will sweat. Revisiting lower impact but not low on anything else <45s before I tackle last week's knock out sweat (because I'm off my m/schedule and working my way back into it) and this Saturday's <60!  (How did I do 60s almost every day in the before time??) xoÂ

Did this quickie after our surprise 'live' m<10 stretch flow after today's live m<20 Barre sculpt! Maybe because it's the 3rd of May? Was fun!
