What a great m<20 - made it a favorite immediately. It has it all - low impact, new moves! great flow, got sweaty, but not too sweaty. It was a great one to do after not having done class in 2 days - got back on the mat tonight and I feel very relaxed and happy because of Marnie's awesomely happy outfit and wonderful encouraging words.

Totally great for travel! It's nice to have a towel folded up nearby for your knees if you need it for some of the floor work. Love the end stretch series. xo

SO happy doing this one today. I was stiff from a walk and chores and a wee bit sore from those last two m<60s ... doh! Thanks M. If you haven't tried this class, please treat yourself and have fun!

Loved revisiting this for day 12 in the Self-Love Guide. Marnie was smart to have back to back M<60s to build endurance! I want to share that I was feeling slightly out of sorts when I started class - parts of me randomly hurt for no reason when they hadn't hurt 5 minutes before, I cracked my Big Toe knuckle which felt good? But then it didn't want to bend...So what I did was, I modified and I took long deep breaths and I got out of my head. I even tried some of the more challenging moves that I hadn't done before (lifting your knee off the ground while your other leg moves up and down?! I did it on one side, not the other). Sometimes it's hard to not self criticize while you're in the moment, but it's really important to know to let yourself slow down a little bit and re-set and do class at your own speed when you need to. xo
