Wow - what a class to do on a warm afternoon in July '23! Happy Sweaty Summer of Strong am I right?! and I'm near the coast today so I can't even blame my desert heat. Enjoy this class - just go with it - it has an incredible flow and some life saving songs to rock out to. xo

Great way to wake you up and start the week off right! Since time was short this morning, I scanned the challenge board for an m<30 and this fit the bill perfectly! I stretched my feet out first, then put on shoes and oh golly was I moving around more freely and my toes didn't seem to mind! Thanks M/Body!

This morning my knee was being kind of cranky so I modified during the roly-poly-salsa section by staying on the floor and doing crunches and then a little salsa dancing after class while I hung up laundry. Whatever works right? Have a great day M/Body peeps.

That was so FUN! I LOVE the Cardio dance classes. Please try this one if you haven't already. I kept up with most of the moves on the first try! Yay! Thank you M!

if you, dear reader, for any reason,  have fears of the 60 minute class, please try this one.  Have a towel ready - don't worry about props if you don't have any. It is a joy of a Signature m<60!! The flow is so good and it flies by.  So Happy to revisit this for the Summer of Strong challenge. I feel safe and strong and loved by this community. I must have been not looking at the screen a lot because I missed Bourbon.. how is that possible?? xo

"Wild wiggles with the ball on the floor" (thank you Monique S) is everything I wanted during this class + balancing on the ball leg work. Super fun and sweaty. P.S. you will still wiggle and sweat and laugh without any props. Have fun with this one G/Fam.
