Hi Carly! I modified yesterday with my bent leg behind my stretched out (working) leg.  It was sort of an awkward placement, but It felt much better for me that way and I still got  the stretch and work in the working leg and not stressing out other parts of my hips/inner thigh and brain. Also lying down as opposed to sitting up with your elbow can feel better too. Hope this helps.

Highly recommend. An instant Favorite! Love the Blue Moon energy, thoughtful and introspective, all throughout the class. So many new combos. The class just flew by! Thanks M!

This is a such a great class. Revisiting today and kept my left arm and leg up longer! Right side.... getting there! Still wobbling and giggling throughout.  I love seeing progress in inches not miles! Very satisfying! Try it!

Happy Saturday G/Fam! Finally got to do this with weights this morning and managed to nail most of the combos within the first couple of reps lol.  Lots of wiggles and laughing and sweating. Does anyone feel it all along the outer edge of their working leg during the one leg out/ one leg kneeling part? Not sure what part that is but was feeling it. Anyone else open up their lap top hours later and notice drops of sweat on the screen? 😅😜

This is really lovely at the end of the day, still without weights (soon!), and modifications for my foot. I LOVE lifting both legs up in the stretch and often falling over and it makes me laugh every time because mother earth DOES always catch us when we fall. Also,I am revisiting the past 'Live' classes that started in June 2023 as my theme for the rest of August and September.  Having a list of classes to do every day (or when I can), on non-live days, helps me channel my former coordinator/manager self. I like a little order sometimes. Love you g/fam. xo

I am feeling this in my glutes and the floor ball work was amazing!  loved this very old school signature class and the celebration for the summer challenge and, like Beáta mentioned earlier, a celebration of m/body and us and all of everything good. We are all winners!

Wow. Like wow. I needed this. I was so bummed to miss the live. Yesterday was the first day I hadn't done a class in I don't know how many days.. I could feel it in my being that I was missing something. This fit the bill. I am using a kitchen counter for a barre, and earlier this morning I tested it out and I couldn't straighten my leg. I could straighten my leg during the ending stretch sequence! The power of stretch!!! Thank you Marnie for everything you have brought into my being.Â
