I keep going back to this one, mostly in the afternoon, as a topper to the day. It just hits all the right spots in all the right ways. I could do that hinge move all day - it feels so good!

This was SO FUN and felt SO GOOD! The balance on one leg while moving the weight around was awesome. Adding this to the 'to try again with various weights' list! I also appreciated the throw back playlist. Felt like La Brea ❤️

Did this with weights and had the ball for that last fabulous stretch. Such an excellent m<20! 

❤️ My 10 year anniversary is this year too! I know I started going to classes in 2014, a little later than May, not as late as November.. I feel like it was in October? I really need to remember the date so I can proclaim it in class one day soon! xo

How Marnie always calls your name out during class JUST when you have spaced out for a microsecond (on the move you're doing, or your toe hurts in this shoe, or I should really tighten up my homemade barre's 'leg') and brings you back into it.  Priceless! I want to work on being on the ball longer - my feet were really cranky on this day so I just stayed in relevé. xo

Did I mention that I got balas? I did! Did I bring them to L.A. with me? Of course not! Class is still perfect without them. xo

"I'm gonna have to go right through!" Best mantra, campstyle, to end the month of Adventure.  Fantastic 'I feel like a ballerina' barre class. Perfect compliment to the <30 Cardio Dance/401 that I caught up with (on?) last night. You rock. xo
