I find myself going back to this class again and again when I need a kind of re-entry.  Today it was because I realized I need to miss the live this morning that I was looking forward to, so I opened up the laptop and went right to this one and I feel better now. I am  full of gratitude for this practice and all of you out there in the g/fam universe and also quite sweaty. xo

Super duper slow sculpt. I love standing-on-one-leg-while-moving-the-other-leg-around-in-balance wiggles! 

My/Body decided it wanted to do this class again this morning and I listened and I'm very happy.

Revisiting today in the late afternoon and it was exactly what I needed! Thank you M/Body.
