Most excellent. Soundtrack was super! Used 8s the whole time and one 15 for the 'weight dance' part, moved my hips a la Faith, did the up and down with the weights at my own speed. That was a heart pumper. Loved it. So happy to be in the live with everyone today. Thank you! xo 

I think I finally have the hang of the flow - it is so good - the first time I redid the class I was all over the mat - it was hilarious. Highly recommend and not to self to do this more often. I feel very calm and relaxed. Thank you! xo

Agree with the same comments as the M/Body-ans before me! A really lovely class, I was slightly sore and tight when I started this class and by the end I was lighter (also, very sweaty, it's hot here) and so happy. Also, it's conclusive, my left side is more wobbly than my right. Very interesting. Thank you! xo

Revisited today - Feels so good. Used 8s the whole time even during the up and down part! Love the soundtrack so much. Such a gem. 

Some inner progress gfam! Plank series with an 8 on my right side and a 5 on my left, no shoes, well, one grippy sock because my left big toe pad is shredded (tmi?), 1/2 gloves (new ones size L - better fit). Have moved my workout area back into the house as the garage is and will be 100F + until October probably. Very grateful to have options. Really Really love the last part with the one weight (forgot the 15 this time) The 8 felt good too. xo
