I did the first 23 minutes of this class twice in the past week as I had a toe blister situation (oof - it's better now!) and today I got to do the whole thing! I am so happy and my abs were already feeling yesterdays live, and now they have company. I just really really really dug this class. Oh! The plank to one leg then up and kick with the other foot? The one hand on the barre series? The elongating floor work? Very special. Thank you!

Hi Fam! Still so much love for this class. Was able to put my 15lb-er to use for the first 5-7 minutes. Very exciting! I love having a self challenge to look forward to. Wore my half gloves for the plank series, which helped a little bit for my hands. Need to incorporate planking using weights too. Anyone else have that tender palm feeling? xo
