G/Fam, this month I have been revisiting the classes from the 2025 month of Play (August) and I highly recommend it! I've been doing them slightly out of order ( that's me). Posture Perfect felt really good this afternoon. Have fun!

A Fabulous celebration of 6 years of M/Body online and our bodies! I started in 2014 in studio at Barre Belle. This practice has changed my life in so many ways. It is a joy and a privilege to be a part of this community. xo

Monique! I revisited after finding a post-it that said 're-visit on a bigger mat and when your Toe doesn't hurt' so I did and it was more awesome than ever. I will work on adding some hand weights next per your note above! xo
