So happy to revisit this today. I wanted to do a favorite. I was so wiggly and my legs were shaking - love it! I have an arthritic big toe on my right foot so standing on the ball in any class has been a challenge if my toe is having big feelings.  I was able to use the mini under my feet and single foot the whole time today and I was really happy about that.  Inches not miles! Also, if this helps anyone: I have large feet (9.5-10us) and the mini is the most comfortable for me most of the time so maybe that is an option for any g/fams who might struggle with the regular m/ball regardless of the size of their feet.? xo

I did! It was after my walk, and I stubbed my toe last night, so I modified! It was a great stretch to do after a walk. 🦵👍

Yep yep yep. Immediate favorite. New moves within combos we are familiar with. I was all over the mat (fun!) and also started to hit the rewind button.. to get a move... forgetting it was live. Silly rabbit. It all worked out in the end. I think I might warm up with this tomorrow morning. I'll let you know! xo

Hi Fam! Still so much love for this class. Was able to put my 15lb-er to use for the first 5-7 minutes. Very exciting! I love having a self challenge to look forward to. Wore my half gloves for the plank series, which helped a little bit for my hands. Need to incorporate planking using weights too. Anyone else have that tender palm feeling? xo

I did the first 23 minutes of this class twice in the past week as I had a toe blister situation (oof - it's better now!) and today I got to do the whole thing! I am so happy and my abs were already feeling yesterdays live, and now they have company. I just really really really dug this class. Oh! The plank to one leg then up and kick with the other foot? The one hand on the barre series? The elongating floor work? Very special. Thank you!

Picked this for today's class somewhat randomly and it totally fit what I was craving, AND I remembered to have a towel for under my hip, used cloth napkins for gliders, AND apparently I did it a few days after my birthday last year so I had all the feels from Marnie at the beginning and at the end after that fantastic Mantra session, AND it was the class Mayo did on HER Bday (Geminis!!!). I feel so good and happy right now. Thanks M! xo

Such a great class. Used 8s and snuck in the one 15 I bought the other day towards the end of class when we were holding the weight on our hips and then side to side. Woo. Feel energized and happy. Thanks M! xo

First of all: Happy Marnaversaries to Amanda P and Tricia and Happy early Birthday Britt!!! Like Caroline S, I loved the one hand on the ball series - also felt centered. Marnie you have taught us so much: I scanned my body to check that the opposite shoulder was not scrunched up before you said it! I also love the new option to make your own category to save a class to as well as Favorite in the website updates. Very helpful. Sometimes you need to have a 'need to revisit' list. In my paper notes, it's a heart with a line through the middle which is 'loved/liked and also challenging/ go back and try it again'. I will try this again with the big ball behind my shoulder blades during the floor ab series. xo

Thank you Francesca for reminding me that this was in the last challenge 😆! I picked it today because I wanted stretch and flow. So happy I did!
