This class is awesome. What a fantastic release (um, happy crying during Golden dance party?...anyone else? 😂). xo

Really, really enjoyed this Towel Dance class with gliders. Focusing on moving the standing leg from your glute to help move your back sliding leg back up was super cool. Like, I felt that I was doing that and then Marnie mentioned it and I thought  'woah Marnie can read my thoughts' (not the first time right G/Fam?). Would like to work on the 'crossed leg pike' move again: My left leg piked and my right did not which wasn't totally unexpected. It's curious and I want to figure that out! Thanks M! xo

This class brought so much joy and some wiggles and a lot of singing out loud!

So so so good. Low Impact, Big Impact. I feel feel refreshed and alive right now. Thank you M!

Revisited for '26 R&A challenge while kitty sitting which meant wood floors and a folded dishtowel for a glider (slidey!) and kitchen counters for my barre. Went very deep because I had the room - whee! xo

100% same comments as Amanda P. below.  I often mentally go back in time to tell the 12 yr old me who 'puberty-ed' (my word) out of ballet classes that I will still be graceful and strong even with boobs and a butt. Thank you M and Welcome Shannon!

Loved revisiting this class for the Rise & Align challenge. Needed to do a lot of the up and down work at my own pace, as suggested by Marnie throughout class. It's a winner!

I've been saying this a lot lately: Fun new moves! Micro moves in some cases. Very enjoyable, especially the arm dance work (Monique described it perfectly!) on the knees. Felt really good. Thank you M. Katelyn, thank you and kick ass out there. xo

Wow! Meet Sartorius, Gracillis and Obturator Muscle groups! We use them in the practice every day and this m<20 focuses on them in new ways that were amazing. I was a little hesitant.. 'my leg can't do that' I thought.. and I tried and I did and it was amazing. Also the move towards the end of being in wide second and moving our outside foot forward an inch and back an inch was such a great lesson in fun concentration. Enjoy this one g/fam! xo
