So happy to revisit this today. I wanted to do a favorite. I was so wiggly and my legs were shaking - love it! I have an arthritic big toe on my right foot so standing on the ball in any class has been a challenge if my toe is having big feelings. I was able to use the mini under my feet and single foot the whole time today and I was really happy about that. Inches not miles! Also, if this helps anyone: I have large feet (9.5-10us) and the mini is the most comfortable for me most of the time so maybe that is an option for any g/fams who might struggle with the regular m/ball regardless of the size of their feet.? xo

Revisited today with 8s and half gloves. The plank series with the weights is still challenging, mostly mentally a little bit? Doing the series without the weights is not an issue. Hrm.. This is perfect for my 'classes to work on' category I created! Also got to put my somewhat new 15lb (only bought 1) for the ending series. Felt great. Inches not miles gfam. Thank you Marnie as always for this work and this community and my changing body and strength. xo
