Just realized I was revisiting some classes from the /70s (aka 2021) kind of randomly, and now I'm inspired to stick with this new 'theme' for the non live days as I do well with having classes figured out ahead of time... I mean, I try really hard to be that organized... but then I need to go look outside at the sky and I get distracted.. you guys know what I mean. xo

What a great afternoon class. I used 5s and then used an 8lb, switching hands as I went. I should get another 8lb weight I think! It feels good slowly getting back into using weights. These Power classes are awesome. xo

Had a couple days away from the mat and this was a great re-entry!

First replay of this class in 2025. Wore shoes which, for me, really helped me keep the focus off of my feet stuff and on keeping my hand on the barre and the stretch and the strength of my upper body while going into plank. I love learning more every time I do a class. Thanks M! xo

Catching up on the <60s I missed last year (😆). This one after yesterday's XXX challenged me in a really good, totally different way, my hip moves were more enhanced though lol! I loved watching this knowing that Miss Twiggy is happy and settled into her forever home (per a recent (xmas?) class. xo

Needed another dance party to end the day, with shoes, but maybe next time, not! xo
