This was a perfect m<60. The '420' trio of songs!!! (thank you Faith!) Oh, I was back in the studio, next to LP, dancing and singing and bouncing. (I'm sore today...lol)

This was an excellent way to start off the new 30 day Get Grounded Challenge. Thanks M/Body!

I'm like, so freakin' happy and sweaty and proud of myself after doing this class. I appreciated the different colors of the leg-warmers (I used one pink and one safety yellow lol). My name is Jenny G and you know I use exclamation points in my texts!

This is a gem of a class: all standing (except for end of class stretch), loads of sweating. Woo.

What a delightful class! Classic signature with a little bit of everything, just a wee bit shorter than a 60 (lol). Loved the floor leg work with the ball. Excellent soundtrack, natch. Wore my Cowboy Carter shirt the whole time (I'll post my sweaty selfie to the board in a bit). xo
