This is a class I always love to return to. I feel strengthened, more aligned and a deep connection to self. The reverence inspired my focus for 2021 ❤️

I have been sweating with M/Body since August 2020. You will be very proud of me as I was too focused to notice Bourbon’s guest appearance when working out and had to rewatch to spot him in the corner.

My favourite part is the sequence of moves on the floor series with the the leg lift and inversion. I also always appreciate the reverence at the end of the workouts x
