Just redid this workout as part of the spring challenge and it's SO incredible. SO much sweat without any equipment - I favorited it for anytime I'm traveling, I love it so much!

60 minute classes are my FAVE!! They are always my default. It’s worth it to wake up early and start at 5:30am while my kids are still asleep and get the time to myself.
