Hi Lorraine! Traditionally your barre should come to about waist height (38-44 inches from the floor). That being said it’s good to experiment. You want it short enough that you can straighten your leg and keep your hips level when stretching and tall enough that your elbow is bent when your hand is resting on it. There’s one I found that’s adjustable too so you can explore what feels best. I’ll link it here. Hope that helps! Let us know ā¤ļø

I love this idea too! I have been recently doing more research on this topic and think it would be a great addition! Any other ā€˜category’ requests? ā¤ļø

Here’s a quick recipe:

- 5’ish stalks of organic celery roughly chopped

- Option to add any of the following if you have some hanging in the fridge: wheatgrass, organic cucumber, kale, leafy lettuce

- Blend with aprox 24oz filtered water for 30-45 seconds (don’t rush it). Pour off ā€˜juice’ and blend more water with the remaining pulp as necessary.

- Pro tip: if you’re not a fan of the ā€˜pulp’ wait a couple minutes before slowly pouring. Another option is to strain the liquid when pouring it into the glass.

I’m gonna make a more detailed video soon too!

Sweetest Marisol. Thank you for coming to this safe space to be real and vulnerable. If you’re feeling this, you’re probably not alone. This helps me too! I always want to keep learning how I can be as supportive as possible. We all want to be seen and all deserve to be. I am sending you so much LOVE and want you to know how important are not just to this community but to me personally.

I also want to acknowledge the anxiety and pressure you’re experiencing in life right now. I think a lot of us can relate. Thank you for bringing it into the light so those of use dealing with similar feelings know we’re not alone. Please be gentle and kind to yourself…ESPECIALLY with your self-talk. You need a cheerleader right now ( and you have a whole bunch of them here:) No critics allowed. Please keep coming to the mat, our work is designed to help heal not just physically but mentally as well…we can’t control the waves but we can learn to surf. ā¤ļø
