CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO COMPLETED OUR 21 DAY RESILIENCE GUIDE🎉

Healing happens in so many ways…movement, laughter, tears, sweat, hugs, nutrition, new adventures, old friends & rest. After COVID and our amazing NYC adventures I hadn’t realized how fast and long I had been running without an exhale. It took an impromptu road trip to the desert to remind me how important it is to slow down every now and then. To rest. With the support and encouragement of our unbelievable M/BODY team I decided last minute to take another day to let my body heal. We have some fun throwback video options for you so that you don’t miss your Sat workout! Revisiting previous classes is a fabulous way to build your skills and to see how far you’ve come! We will push our 45min Abs + Arms class & celebration to this Wednesday 7/27. I can’t wait to see you then!!!

Kathryn let’s find out what’s going on with your sweet feet! With a shorter barre it’s possible you’re unconsciously leaning forward (which can put pressure in your toe joint on releve). Try lowering your heels a little so you’re on the top third of your foot rather than the toes and play around to make sure your shoulders/hips/knees/ankles are all stacked in one line so there’s no leaning. Lemme know how that feels! ❤️
