Sabrina! Yes, as you get more confident and comfortable with the positions your first step will be to increase the intensity of your exhale (like a cough from your low belly) and the specificity of your muscular contractions. That's just a fancy way of saying focus on the details with the form. This will help you build strength even if you're not doing any 'high impact' options. As your body gets stronger and more muscularly balanced you can try a couple of the jumps and see how they feel. Keep me posted! xo
