Welcome to the Fam ❤️We have a ‘no equipment section’ in the library for when you’re on the go/short on space. Our other classes use one or more of these simple props: a ballet barre or any stable surface like a high back chair, counter, high stool, back of a sofa, ect…, 1-3 lb hand weights (soup cans or water bottles work in a pinch), a M/OVEMENT Ball (a folded beach towel or dense cushion can be substituted from around the house). You can get one of our signature exercise balls here!

Our inner thigh muscles attach to the pelvic bone (the adductor brevis specifically attaches close to the vagina). This exercise position stretches those muscles! If they’re tight (super common) muscles will be shorter/pull on their attachment point (the vagina bone in this case) which will make a tugging/tight sensation. Keep hydrated! Keep focused on stretching your inner thighs (we do it every class in various ways!) This position seems like it is actually really good to help heal this tightness just keep taking it slow.
