Hi Lorraine! Traditionally your barre should come to about waist height (38-44 inches from the floor). That being said it’s good to experiment. You want it short enough that you can straighten your leg and keep your hips level when stretching and tall enough that your elbow is bent when your hand is resting on it. There’s one I found that’s adjustable too so you can explore what feels best. I’ll link it here. Hope that helps! Let us know ❤️
