I love that Whiskey is present and chilling next to Marnie the entire mediation 

I feel like as I am gracefully aging I need more classes that help strengthen your body to literally weather the storm. Meaning what if I fall? I want to be able to get up and walk away. Sometimes when people ask me why I work out so much I literally tell them so in the event I fall I can get back up.

Elaine welcome. I do the same 20 to 30 mins 5 times a week. I find it keeps me in shape. As far as results I would ask what are your goals first. Then you can figure out what you need to do to meet them.

I am having a real hard time being present and journaling and feel like I am struggling. Anyone have any suggestions
