Just did this one again and wow I forgot how this one helps release tightness. A recommend this one when you are feeling all the feels to help loosen those tight muscles.
So at first I was intimidated by the microball. I started using it on my feet. But after this introduction class I love the idea of keeping one around me when I am working to lossen up my wrists and forearms. A good go to when you need some recover love.
Love this workout. So balanced and a great sweat sess. I think the 45 mins classes fit my busy schedule to best. I highly recommend this one when you want to sweat and I do it lower impact and I still get sweaty.
