Did this one again. I am not that graceful but loved my inner ballerina coming out during this class. Very sweaty despite it being low impact. Great one when you don’t have a lot of time.

Loved this workout and really like the cool down as well. I have tried some of the Osea products and I am a HUGE fan, thanks for the informative comments at the end about the products you use and why.

Wow. I just really hurt my back over doing some landscaping and I did not think I could workout. The fam told me to try this one. I did and wow. Soooo much stretching during a flow and abdominal work. Love loved it and recommend it.

Just did this one again and wow I forgot how this one helps release tightness. A recommend this one when you are feeling all the feels to help loosen those tight muscles.
