What's most important is to make sure you don't get stuck on one of the three pillars (sculpt, sweat/cardio, recovery) and have a mixture of them. Most classes have some combo of all three, but tend to lean on one focus. Here is an example of a week's workouts:
30 min Barre Sculpt /405
30 min Knockout Sweat /464
20 min Barre Express /358
20 min Recovery Flow /342
20 min Ab Sculpt /388
