Love this arms and abs! Legs were on fire as well and def love the no push ups or planks!

Ok this is the first class I've attempted since I got my movement balls (yay!!) and all I can say is -- holy GAME CHANGER! Allllll the wiggles! Excited to kept practicing with this great tool!
