This is fun and fast! I started with 5lbs and switched for 3lb when we started the tricep kickback series. Just a quick blast to get endorphins flowing.

My thoughts for September: Balance comes when I recognize and let go of patterns of rigidity. Cultivating agility in thought will help me live in balance. Presence is balance. 🀍✨

Tune in to joy! My body and mind are balanced after this one. I used 5 lbs. Felt it in my glutes in the best way! Perfect way to recalibrate after a long day. 🀍✨
