I concur!

I did the meditation. For some reason, the universe (and Marnie) provide exactly what I needed that day. I also completed the <60 Cinco de Mayo Signature / 90. I love Company Segundo and this workout hit the spot for a perfect Saturday in June. Thank you Marnie.

At 67, this is what was my personal journey...Perimemopause, and beyond. I used a natural herbal supplement to control symptoms and my sanity. I am in no way affiliated or trying to sell a product. Love the booty workouts no matter the time (20/30/45). Tried the 5lb weights today. This was the perfect activity for my ‘me’ time today. Self love all the way. Thank you Marnie!
