The music without vocals helped me go inside. I loved the ballet movements as very elegant, different stretching with strength and movement. Please create more workouts like this one.

Thank you for explaining it in a way to understand. It is very helpful and exciting to add that to a getting up in the morning or other wellness routine.

Awesome healing class. Thank you Marnie for sharing the flushing of the lymph nodes short practice after class. That was very educational and I will add it to my personal wellness practices daily.

Thank You Marnie, the small movements in the combinations/dance help feeling the body inside and outside. I love the gentle reminders of tucking hips up and stomach in, because I tent to forget trying to do the choreography. Your words after stretching are always an inspiration and great way of self-reflection. I am feeling much stronger mentally and physically since I started to join in January of this year. I look forward to join one of your workouts daily. Thank You for sharing your light.

Thank you for an awesome workout. Another one added to my favorites (working on tight hips). I feel I worked harder on the ground in this workout than standing ones.

this workout got added to one of my favorites. As a new beginner the front and side angle camera views and a lot of explanations of what muscles and body part we are working with really helps to feel your own body like no other workout I have ever done. Thank you Marnie for all of your inspirational words as well.
