Hello beautiful fam. I have put on a few pounds and am really struggling with loving my belly. After my workout today I decided that not only was I going to look at my belly with kindness but I was going to take a picture. Then I knew that I had to post it here. Where else can I get love and support rather than ridicule? Thanks for listening. Be in the light ❤️🤗

This was exactly what I needed today.  I was very low energy.  Didn't want to bounce at all.  Also didn't want any mat work (didn't think I could hold myself up!!) Now I feel very strong and sweaty.  Thanks as always Marnie <3

Working out when I'm really tired/sleepy usually doesn't give me energy.  I'm happy that I worked out but I'm still tired.  This workout actual gave me energy!!! I feel so much better. Thanks Marnie for this bouncy feel good class 

My mantra these days is: May compassion and kindness be my partners in all I do. Trying to use this toward myself too.
