It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Be gentle with yourself. Even 10 minutes on the mat makes a difference. I often find myself telling my self-critic: "That's enough. You're not being helpful." 

Balancing all of life's many facets is challenging at the best of times. Between work, caring for my elderly mother with dementia, ongoing cancer prevention and aging (I'm 55), it can be overwhelming. Trust that you know what you need. Youve got this. 💕🤗
