Ooooo.  Love this one.  Great for travelling since no equipment.  Back and forth between standing and mat (plank) work which is great for those of us who have some minor wrist issues. Works the full body. I'll be back for sure!!

I am definitely trying.  I just finished Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 168.  It is one of my all time faves.  At the end of it, sitting so peacefully with Marnie, the tears started to flow.  Very cleansing.  I needed that 😪🤧
