Congrats to Marnie and the whole M/body team.  Here's to 500 more lives!!! And please bring LP back regularly.  The energy between her and Marnie is so uplifting!!

I don't do many 60 minutes but I loved this workout.  It was so fun.  The energy was amazing!!

And Marnie wearing shorts.  I noticed right away.  Good for her for stepping out of her comfort zone. And it showed off her gorgeous hamstrings!!!

Wow!!! I loved this workout.  Challenging but super fun movements.  I didn't have one moment of "please count quickly Marnie". When Marnie was demonstrating the plank with one arm on the barre, I thought no way, but I did it several times and loved it. Yay!!!

And please give my love and support to Spagz (and all of the AB teachers).  Let her know that Ontario teachers are behind them 100%. Sadly being a teacher in 2025 is incredibly challenging and frustrating (not the kids but all of the political and bureaucratic BS).

As Krissie said below, I too tend to avoid chair dances.  This one was fantastic.  Super fun and loved the hip openers. I often struggle with my wrists when doing planks and push ups on the chair.  I've discovered that I can't put my fingers over the edge of the seat like Marniie does.  I need to put them forward on the seat.  Seems to be much better for me.

And Marnie, you jinxed me.  During the stretch you told us to remove our leg from the seat gracefully.  I knew that I would struggle with the graceful part so I started to laugh and proceeded to fall over TWICE!!! Thanks for the laugh!!!

OMG so lovely! This class left me feeling strong and balanced. Marnie how do you do it? You've created almost 500 workouts on this platform and they are each unique. You always manage to keep my brain and body engaged. Thank you so much. 

Thank you so much Jaimie for your beautiful words. Losing both of my grandmothers (when I was much younger) and my mom has been tough but I know that I carry their strength and life lessons with me everyday. All the best to you 💗
