No I can't read it , but who cares!!!??? Fantastic.  A messy board just shows how much you accomplished and that it was meaningful for you. I am very proud of you.  I made it to the mat alot but I would like to improve my overall well-being. It's good to have goals for the next challenge!!

What a lovely workout. Feeling stretched and strong.  I loved moving from the mat to standing over and over again.  Holding up my own weight in plank but not having to hold it for long was very empowering for me.

Thanks for another demonstration of lymphatic massage Marnie.  As a breast cancer survivor who no longer has lymphnodes on my left side (they were full of cancer) and has thus had some minor bouts of lymphedema (fluid pooling) I can attest to how important lymphatic massage is.  Thanks for keeping us strong and healthy. xoxo

Ooooo. This class was so gooey (and sweaty).  Left me feeling very strong and open. The mat work has you on your belly and all fours. Marnie gives a good stretch for the wrists (if you have any issues like me). A couple of years ago I would have never been able to do this type of mat work. So proud.  Thanks Marnie!!!

What a great workout.  Really loved "the weird deep heat" (Marnie quote) that it created. Great balance of up and down. Never on all fours long enough for sore knees or wrists. The name is perfect.  Afterward I was super sweaty and felt beautifully stretched and elongated. Hoping for more of these classes in the future.  Thanks Marnie (and team)

This workout made me feel so strong (and of course stretched).  I particularly loved the plank/downward dog series near the end. I could have never done that a year ago!!! Yay!!!
