Jessica Lorentz I have been very blessed in that I have visited Italy many times.  I have family that live in the very north (Friuli region which is north of Venice).  I was also a flight attendant (in another life) and we flew extensively to Rome, Venice, Florence, Abruzzo region, Puglia region and Calabria region. The Amalphi coast is probably my all time favourite. Sadly I have not been to Tuscany (where the retreat is being held) .  It is still on my bucket list. Have a fantastic time in Italy and with Marnie and the Gfam.   I am jealous!!!🥰

Between work during the week and spending time with my elderly mom on the weekends, 20 and 30 mins are my usual go-to classes. But when I have time I do love the occasional 45 or 60.

I am so freaking excited!! I was actually able to do the last stretch with my bent leg up on the barre.. I never thought that I would be able to do that.  My hips are slowly opening up. Yay!!
