This workout is life!! Brings a feeling of accomplishment and strength, love and balance...the perfect mix of cardio vascular, full body strenthening, building and stretching. An amazing cool down. Loved it!!

@juliaKean the more you do it, the more your body graves. However you can see that my coffee pods are not to far behind. Love my morning ritual, water, coffee, yoga, green protein smoothie...on most days.
