Love this one but it’s not a standing session. When I travel I dont always bring a mat so would it be possible to please specify which ones are standing only? Thanks so much in advance

Love all the classes and the variety on offer. I try to mostly do 45-60 min classes but so nice to have shorter options too for hectic workdays. The live sessions are a bit challenging to join from Malawi because of the time difference. At 8pm on a Saturday I’m usually drinking wine 🍷😂

Even elephants love Marnies workouts :-) I love that I can download sessions and still practice when I’m in the bush, in between safaris, without any WiFi. Thanks for this option on the app!
