I also quite enjoyed The Guncle and The Guncle Abroad by Steven Rowley (deals with grief but with lots of heart and humour)

Yess nothing matches the energy of the early ‘00s MSI shows… I’m thinking bright pink fishnets might be more comfortable than skinny jeans? lol

Great focused workout for the lower body, hips, core, and brain. I suggest doing the 14:00-15:30ish mark on both legs to not miss out on that fun sequence on the other side (we only got to do it once live). Otherwise you'll still definitely feel the work and balanced all over!

Have not done a cleanse but I agree about the somatic exercises. So healing. Maybe a Marnie style extended somatic recovery flow in the future? 🤔

This was a perfect ballet-class style stretch to do on my birthday! I'd love to see more standing workouts using socks/slippers for the fluidity of balletic movement 🩰
