Hi, Caroline! You have a way with words, what a gift you have 😊I totally get you about socials, so I only use it to follow pages to get information, not to look at people’s updates and so on. When did join M/BODY? Hugs to you!

Marnie recommends wearing something loose fitting, and I later wished I did them in my PJsā€¦šŸŒ(Not because it induces sleep, of course, but because it’s relaxing!) It relieved me of the mild headache I had before going into class; a delightful surprise and a bonus!

Just tell her you’re doing a modification and a Marnie mantraā€¦šŸ¤šŸ˜˜ And I notice them cute paw prints!

Beginning the class with Billie Eilish set the mood for me like Taylor does for Marnie 😘 Like Sheryl said, all the floor to standing is quite challenging for me but it’s what I need to grow, so I’ll be coming back to this again! I loved the physical and emotional release in this one for meā€¦šŸ¤²šŸ»

I find all the ankle weight classes to be great for lower back discomfort/pain. When it’s really bad I sometimes do dead lifts. Using the muscles in the lower back helps me a lot!

Hip hop, rap, R&B mix I heard growing up šŸŽ¶with fiery leg work! Marnie, our ankle weights are twinning 😁 They stay on great, even for the skinniest of ankles as mine.

The second half of class on the mat feels like being at the gym with Marnie using weight machines somehow šŸ’ŖšŸ», especially with the move that’s pictured in the thumbnail of this class!

What…? I get physical therapy—and even better—with Marnie’s classes! šŸ¤‘ My tight and painful lower back got loved on and I feel so light now šŸŒ¬ļø I was fooled by the title thinking it would mainly be stretching, but boy, did I burn and sweat!

Anahita Pradhan It’s not actually a camp šŸ˜‚, but a ā€œboot camp.ā€ You might be able to get a DVD!

Every time I’m about to do a Barre ā€œSweatā€ I think of cardio, but I forget it’s more like a sculpt-y session that brings the sweat šŸ”„! They’re one of my favorites, especially with the ankle weights that are so healing for the spine, lower back, and hips. There’s plenty of kicking alongside music like ā€œWrecking Ballā€ that will surely get you in the mood to kick some butt!
